Yellowcat Labs Ltd is a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. We are a small, founder-led iOS studio.

The studio was established to bring together more than a decade of mobile development experience under one consistent home — one company, one design philosophy, one set of values that we apply to every product we ship.

Our founder has spent over thirteen years building native iOS software, including consulting work for major European companies in financial services, luxury, and consumer technology. That background shaped what Yellowcat Labs is today: a studio that takes engineering craft seriously and refuses to ship anything below the bar it sets for itself.

What we believe

Native software still matters.

We build natively for Apple platforms. Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple's own frameworks give our applications the responsiveness, accessibility, and stability that cross-platform shortcuts cannot match. It is more work. We think it is worth it.

Small teams ship better products.

We do not aim to become a large company. We aim to remain a small one that builds carefully, releases on its own schedule, and keeps the same standard of finish on every detail — from first launch to the smallest haptic.

Users are not a resource to extract.

We minimise data collection, never sell user data, and design our subscription products so people can leave without friction. We would rather have fewer subscribers who genuinely enjoy our apps than many who feel trapped.

Where we work

Yellowcat Labs is based in Limassol, Cyprus. We are a distributed team based around Limassol, working with collaborators across Europe.
